The August book of the month will be The Casual Vacancy by J.K Rowling. I will post my review/reaction of the novel by the end of the August month.

Joseph R. Kern: My name is Joseph (Joe) Kern and I am a 20 year old college student at Southwestern Illinois College (SWIC). I am planning on getting my Associates degree at SWIC and transfer to Southern Illinois University Edwardsville to study for a possible English major with a minor in Literature. I plan on getting a Master's degree in Library Science and work at a university library.
